1. Usage Rights & Licenses

Subject to these Terms, AgentKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations.

2. Pricing & Billing

Our pricing is designed to be transparent and scale with your needs. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Tiers: We offer various monthly and annual subscription plans. Features, agent limits, and token quotas vary by plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day “No Questions Asked” refund policy for new subscriptions. After 14 days, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
• Credit Usage: Certain advanced models or operations may consume “Agent Credits.” If your credits run out, your agents may stop functioning until the next billing cycle or top-up.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• ✗ Generate illegal or harmful content
• ✗ Attempt to reverse engineer the orchestration engine
• ✗ Spam or harass users via automated agents
• ✗ Expose the platform to viruses or malicious code
• ✗ Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ✗ Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Authorized Use: Ensuring all users under your account comply with these terms
• Accurate Information: Providing and maintaining accurate account information
• Activity Monitoring: All activities that occur under your account

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

6. Intellectual Property

The AgentKit platform, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by AgentKit Inc. You may not:

• ✗ Copy or modify the platform
• ✗ Reverse engineer the source code
• ✗ Remove proprietary notices
• ✗ Use trademarks without permission

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel your subscription through your account settings
• By Us: Suspend or terminate your account for violations

Upon termination, access to the platform will cease and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
